If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions: You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and accessories attached. They must not have been worn, washed or damaged. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or we have made an error in shipping your order. To request a return or exchange, please contact us by e-mail at contact@omnis-watches.com, mentioning your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. We will then send you the necessary return instructions. On receipt of your return, we will refund or exchange your item within 7 working days.
