Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking details. Delivery times We ship orders via La Poste or private carriers depending on your delivery address. Delivery times vary according to your location and the delivery service chosen. Average delivery times are as follows: Metropolitan France: 7 to 10 working days Europe: 7 to 15 working days Rest of the world: 7 to 30 working days Please note that these times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and customs delays. Shipping costs Shipping costs depend on the weight of your package and your delivery address. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed when you place your order. Order tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order using this number on the carrier's website. Delivery address Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
